Addiction isn’t about weakness - it’s about pain.

Behind every addiction is a story: of trauma, stress, loneliness, or emotional overwhelm. Substances and behaviours often become coping tools when healthier options feel out of reach.

Recovery isn’t just about stopping the addiction - it’s about understanding what it was trying to soothe.

Healing starts with compassion, not judgment.
Support is out there. You are not alone.

Your mental health matters ❤️

Find hope, help, and healing for your child’s mental health concerns at Cottonwood Springs. Meet Hannah, Adolescent Education Liaison.

Also a therapist, Hannah acts as a bridge between the kids, schools, and families, facilitating communication and collaboration to support your child’s success. She provides resources, information, and support to help families navigate the educational system during your child’s mental health journey. She works to ensure that our patients and families feel connected to their schools during treatment and have access to the necessary support services.

Children and adolescents can begin treatment next day, and will see our on-site child psychiatrist during their first day in the program. Call or walk-in today to speak to one of our compassionate, licensed behavioral health professionals for a free assessment. 15040 W. 138th St., Olathe, KS 913-254-7265

We honor the rich cultures, traditions, and invaluable contributions of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities to healthcare and beyond. We also recognize that cultural stigma can sometimes make it harder to seek mental health support. We’re here to break down those barriers, offering compassionate care that respects all backgrounds. Healing is for everyone.

How much screen time is too much?

If your mind feels cluttered and your focus is fading, it might be time to step away from the scroll. Try setting daily limits, taking tech-free breaks, or swapping screen time for something soothing like a walk or just a moment of stillness. Your brain will thank you!
