ALUMINUM:
-Associated with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ADD, ADHD, autism, behavioral/learning disorders, and neurological disease.
-displaces magnesium, calcium, zinc, and phosphorus.

Fall gut boosting smoothie!

As we head into fall, try out this pumpkin gut boosting smoothie! Gelatin has some fantastic gut rebuilding qualities, collagen being a big one!

Cocoa Pudding Pumpkin Smoothie

1 can of unsweetened, full fat coconut milk (BPA free can)
1 can of pumpkin puree (BPA free can)
2-3 TBS of gelatin powder (grass fed)
1/4c. cocoa powder
1-2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
a pinch of celtic sea salt
raw honey or stevia to taste (optional)

Blend all ingredients except gelatin. Once thoroughly mixed, add gelatin and blend at a low speed. Refrigerate overnight for a pudding consistency if desired.

Want to know if your water is likely to have lead?
Every. single. person. we have tested in our office has elevated lead levels. If you didn't grow up in the lead generation (before 1986) then you inherited it from mom in the womb because she grew up in the lead generation. It is estimated it takes 4 GENERATIONS to breed the lead out!!!!

"Lead levels in drinking water are likely to be
highest if:
▘ A home or water system has lead pipes
▘ A home has brass fixtures or
▘ A home has copper pipes with lead solder
where:
• The home is relatively new (i.e., built
shortly before the 1986 ban on lead in
pipes – it takes time for mineral deposits
to build up and cover up the lead inside
pipes)"

"Lead is a poison that can accumulate in the body
and cause brain, nerve, and kidney damage;
anemia; and even death. Lead is especially
dangerous, even with short-term exposure, to
infants, children, and pregnant women. While
lead exposure through various sources (e.g., paint
chips, lead dust, toys, and pottery) can occur,
lead can be present in drinking water at sufficient
levels to warrant concern."
