Two years.

Two years ago, as a husband-and-wife team, we took a leap of faith and opened the doors to Active Life Physical Therapy with a dream of doing things differently — building a private practice centered on people, relationships, and truly individualized care.
What started as a vision and a whole lot of prayer, hard work, and late nights has grown into something we could have never imagined.

We have been blessed with:
✨ The most incredible patients who trust us with their health and their stories
✨ A team that pours their hearts into every single session
✨ A community that supports small business and believes in what we do

Watching this practice grow has been one of the greatest honors of our lives. We don’t take lightly the humans who walk through our doors — you are the reason we get to do what we love every single day.

We are all about community here at ALPT and this holiday season we are wanting to start something new. THIS weekend we are hosting a toy swap for anyone in the area to come and bring toys that no longer are wanted at home an come shop for free to find new ones before Christmas!

We are ALSO collecting NEW toy donations for Mission Southside at the event and throughout the week.

Drop off times for toys for the swap are Friday 3-6pm, Saturday 3-6 pm and the event itself is Sunday 1-2:30pm. Any toys leftover will also be donated to mission southside

We’re collecting NEW toys to bring joy to local children this Christmas. From dolls and puzzles to cars and crafts, every gift helps brighten a child’s holiday!

🧣 Warm Clothing Drive for Joy Meadows Foster Community
Help us keep foster families warm this winter! We’re accepting new hats, mittens, gloves, and coats for children and teens.

💛 Monetary Donations Welcome
If you prefer to give financially, monetary donations are also greatly appreciated and will go directly to supporting these programs.

📅 Collection Dates: Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm until December 8th
