Long Life Foot Massage was opened 2011 to not only provide people with the benefits of Reflexology and or a fantastic massage but to educate them on what these benefits can actually do for ones body. Our two different body massages that we offer are the Swedish and Deep Tissue, which can be performed for 60 or 90 minutes. We also offer our Reflexology massage which uses specific touch techniques on the hands, feet, neck, shoulders/back, and ears which has shown to be very beneficial in relieving tension and treating illness such as back pain, Arthritis, Sleep/Digestive disorders, stress related conditions and many other things. And if you feel up to it you can schedule a combination massage which would include the massage of your choice followed by your massage therapist administering the practice of Reflexology. Description: The Swedish massage is the most preferred of the different types. It is designed to relax muscles, relieve tension, improve the flow of blood, and stimulate the lymphatic system. The Deep Tissue massage is similar to the Swedish but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Foot Massage:

Description: With the purchase of the Reflexology massage the time will be divided between your head, hands, feet, shoulders, and back. For instance.. with a 60 minute massage you will receive 10 minutes for your head and hands, 35 minutes for your feet, and the remaining 15 minutes for your shoulders and back. Combination Massage:

Description: With the Combination massage your time will be equally divided between your choice of a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage followed by the Reflexology foot massage. During the Reflexology portion of the combination massage it will be your feet only (no head/neck). You may call to schedule an appointment any time on Monday-Sunday from 10am - 7:00pm. Walk-Ins are also welcome if you do not have a scheduled appointment, however, scheduling an appointment ahead of time is preferred.
