Taking care of ourselves is key to managing stress! Here are some Self-Care Practices:
✨ Adequate Sleep - Sleep supports brain function, mood, and energy levels. A bedtime routine that includes some light movement or stretching with a lean protein snack can also help our bodies recover and keep our blood sugar stable to wake up feeling refreshed.

🥦 Gut Health – A balanced gut improves mood and reduces anxiety. In times of high stress, it's important to be mindful to incorporate anti-inflammatory foods such as whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables daily.
🤝 Connection – Social support helps lower stress and enhances emotional resilience. Stress can make us feel isolated, so whether it's coffee with a friend or a local class, find time to connect.
