A new report shows that 63 million Americans, nearly 1 in 4 adults, are family caregivers, often providing 40+ hours of care each week with little training, pay, or support. Many are juggling jobs, raising children, facing financial strain, and neglecting their own health while caring for loved ones with disabilities or complex medical needs.
At A Friend In Need Home Care, we see the incredible dedication of caregivers every day. Weβre here to support families, relieve some of the stress, and ensure no caregiver feels alone in this journey. π
π’ Itβs time we recognize caregiving for what it is: essential work.
