This is a regular blend in our house. Peppermint seems to energize me while orange puts my family in good spirits. It's a great cleaning day combo...which is my plan for today.

LET'S TALK FRANKINCENSE FOR THE BRAIN!

Frankincense can be used to treat brain injury patients because it has anti-anxiety effects and reduces inflammation and nausea. However, its primary benefit is that it delivers oxygen molecules directly to cells. They can also pass through the blood-brain barrier, which means they bring more oxygen to damaged brain cells. In fact, research has shown that when frankincense is used on an animal with a brain injury it can prevent further damage while also boosting brain function.
