Preparing the Sacred space for our Reiki practice on Saturday. We will review the standard hand positions & the more intuitive method of healing with the Byosen scanning technique. Each of my students will go home with a small laminated mandala. We will also experience dry brushing stubborn areas with a selenite crystal. And an added bonus of using diluted lavender essential oil on specific acupoints. As a mentor/instructor it is very important to me to pay it forward & give back to my students.
