We offer a continuum of care with Assisted Living, Sub

-Acute Rehab, and Skilled Nursing all in one building. Residents can age in place and couples with different healthcare needs can live under the same roof. We encourage seniors who are at least 65 years of age to consider Reformed Church Home. All faiths are welcomed at Reformed Church Home where we provide a spiritual environment with a full time Reformed Church (Christian religion) Chaplain and visiting religious leaders of several faiths.
