There will be days you wanna quit,
There will be days you don’t wanna show up
There will be days you don’t see progress
There will be days you question the process
These days?
Are so incredibly needed.
These days are when your mental toughness is tested the most.
These are the days you may feel like you’ve failed,
But these are the days you will learn the most.
On days I wanna quit,
I pump myself up with music, with a book, with positive self talk.
The morning I don’t wanna show up,
I remember why, why I even started showing up in the first place (I picture my babies, I picture me depressed hating how I look & feel).
It’s okay to feel fatigued, overwhelmed, hell, just plain exhausted.
But it’s not okay to QUIT.
I refuse to allow myself to ever QUIT.
Quitting isn’t an option.
Failure doesn’t equal quitting. Failure means you did wrong, now get back up and try it differently, try it again until you succeed it.
You dominate your mind and when you begin teaching it that it is stronger than what it thinks it is then you become UNSTOPPABLE.
