AUGUST 2025 Under The Sun Wellness Calendar! Special pop up Massage & Yoga class with Haley & Kristin happening Thursday August 7th, 5 PM.

• 7/10 spots still available, must sign up before hand! You may sign up by contacting Kristin, Haley, or Maggie 315-369-5311. $50/ PP

As well as a special pop up Yoga and Permanent Jewelry class August 2nd, 10 AM with Maria and Maggie $20/ PP or 1 Member Credit + Price of jewelery! 🙏🏼

• Note: Beach yoga classes will be cancelled if it is raining (no location change, just cancelled)

• There is ALSO chair yoga, as part of the SHARP program every Thursday at Niccolls Church 2:15-2:45 PM
