Namaste 919 LLC Yoga- Massage -Himalayan Salt Therapy This is accomplished through ancient and alternative methods of yoga, meditation, massage, and health practices.

Our mission at Namaste 919 is to help all who come to our doors to preserve, heal, and better their body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is to empower people by giving them the tools to become more aware of their whole being in order to recognize the light within themselves and in everyone around them.
