Joy Anderson’s first job as a teenager was working at a Health Food Store, which sparked her desire to help people make healthier choices. For the past 22 years Joy has enjoyed the Southern Life, working with her Husband at their boat dealership and raising two sons in Mount Juliet, TN. With their youngest off to College, Joy returned to School and obtained Certification as a Natural Health Professional, and in 2015 she finished her Doctor of Naturopathy training at Trinity School of Natural Health. In 2017 Joy continued to align her natural health knowledge with God’s petition for the Health of His people by becoming licensed thru the Pastoral Medical Association as a Doctor of Pastoral Science & Medicine. Joy established Joyful And Healthy, LLC, to teach and encourage Biblically based health principles. The word “doctor” is derived from the Latin, docere, which means “to teach”. Joy is a member of The Christian Health Fellowship and continues to expand her education and holistic modalities training. God created our bodies with emergency “red flag” systems that alert us when something is out of balance. Joy wants to help you learn how to overcome health obstacles like weight issues, sleep problems, stress, energy, toxin overload, headaches, allergies, pain, indigestion, skin issues, or anything that is keeping you from God’s plan to live a joyful and healthy life!

Narcissists only see life from their vantage point.

Narcissists think the world revolves around them.🌍

Narcissists have an excessive need for admiration, a disregard for others' feelings, an inability to handle any criticism, and a sense of entitlement.

So a narcissist can not see the truth. They can only speak and see what is in their best interest, regardless of how it affects someone else.💔

There is no way to change or help a narcissist to see what's happening and help them change their behavior.

You are powerless, so make sure you put your energy and actions into what is helpful, safe, and in your life's best interest.

(You don't attract narcissists because something is wrong with you. You attract them because you're kind, caring, loving, and forgiving.-E.S.)
