Here's something I NEVER would have thought to do, pre-WW: add cooked lentils to my pizza sauce! Topped with shredded mozz, turkey sausage crumbles, and carmelized onions, there was NO impact on flavor, but a little added protein & fiber for satisfaction! πŸ‘©β€πŸ³

Happy Easter to those who celebrate! What's on your celebration menu? Are you tracking?
🐰 We'll join my in-laws & niece for lunch: some type of beef, salmon, sweet potatoes, asparagus, deviled eggs & some type of dessert!
🐣 I've been active this week, so I've got about 30 Weeklies to play with for that dessert. Feeling confident & looking forward to time with family!
