🫑Today is National Sloppy Joe Day and we've got a Numetra Sloppy Joe Stuffed Peppers recipe for you! 🫑
1 packet Numetra Sloppy Joe Mix
1 Bell Pepper (5.3 oz)
½ cup cauliflower rice (or other veggies)
¼ tsp Olive Oil

Directions: Cut the top off your pepper & remove seeds. Add oil to baking pan/dish bake pepper at 375 degrees until it begins to soften.
Mix Sloppy Joe with 6 oz water (do not heat). Add cauliflower rice and stir. Remove pepper from the oven and fill with Sloppy Joe mixture. Bake until mix is hot and pepper is soft. Optional: top with green onions.
Count: 1 IP, 1 ½ select vegetables, 1/4 tsp oil
