We loved hearing this classic story tonight.

Luna Vinyasa was founded by Kathleen Maroney who is ERYT and became a certified Baptiste teacher in 2011. Kathleen is registered with the Yoga Alliance and has practiced Baptiste Power Vinyasa since 2002.
We are a HOT Vinyasa studio; not to be confused with other styles of hot yoga which can be totally different. Our classes are taught in 90/95 degrees and 50% humidity. Our classes flow. Vinyasa means linking movement to breath. Many begin this practice looking for an amazing workout which they will get, but end of staying for the mindfulness.
Our studio space is small and intimate and features radiant heat panels, a great steam source, and holds 24 mats, so signing up ahead is strongly encouraged. We are a studio open to real beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners. We look forward to seeing you on your mats.
In addition to being a yoga studio, Luna Vinyasa is also a Registered Yoga School (RYS) through Yoga Alliance and offers 200 Hour teacher trainings.
