Years of hip pain… and stretching never touched it.
This wasn’t a muscle problem.
This was a lateral femoral cutaneous nerve entrapment stuck under the inguinal ligament near the ASIS, constantly irritated every time the hip moved.
When this nerve gets trapped, people feel:
• Burning or sharp hip pain
• Numbness or tingling down the outer thigh
• Pain that never fully goes away no matter how much they stretch or strengthen
We released the adhesion compressing the nerve, restored glide, and took pressure off the inguinal ligament — allowing the nerve to calm down instead of being constantly aggravated.
