Did you have a safe place as a child; why?

My safe place was at a pond in a creek near my home. This was the only place I could go and relax. I could forget about what had just happened to me or forget any problem at home. It was my refuge. Nature has always been an escape and way to ground for me.

Did you know generational trauma can go back 7 generations? 😬😮

There are scientific studies that show that when a direct relative (ancestor) goes thru trauma this trauma causes changes in the DNA. That change in DNA affects every generation that comes after them (their children and children of their children and on and on). This means we are born already carrying around the behavior that trauma caused our ancestors.

The great news is that we can change that by healing our trauma and that of those who came before us. We also have to help heal our children if we had them before we healed because believe it or no they also carry the same trauma as us.

Who is Borinquen Goddess. She is me and represented in my back tattoo. That rose represents my beauty inside and out and also my strength. The color turquoise healing and protection. It is also my zodiac stone and favorite color. I had this tattoo done in 2015 when I had touched rock bottom due to many changes in my body, life, dealing with a deep depression also leaving my military career behind, being broken hearted and abused many times. She reminds me of who I am and where I come from every day.

The tattoo design and unique piece of work was done by an amazing tattoo artist who I recommend. I have other work from her and definitely would get work from her if I have an opportunity again. She is Feeback (Voodoo) owner of Seven Sirens Tattoo Company

Welcome everyone to my page. I hope you can find here a safe place where you can heal and learn how to cope, forgive and manifest your deepest desires.

We all have a past. For some of us this path has been more painful than others. That is why I am exposing my soul to you with all the pain and the things that for many years made me feel ashamed and more and that now I have started to heal.

For mothers and fathers who don't have your kids due to a narcissist relationship or other trauma, know this is also a safe place for you and you will know why if you follow the videos I will share.

No matter what you are going thru if you need a safe place where you can find guidance and understanding then this is the place.

All you will find here is 100% honesty, love and healing. We all need this.
