The Mane Stream Rule: Helmets must be replaced if they are over 5 years old (check the date on the interior tag!).

🚨 2026 Paperwork Reminder: Don't Miss a Moment! 🚨 We're galloping into 2026 soon, and it's time to submit your updated client forms, including the PHYSICIAN FORMS! To ensure a smooth start and avoid missing your first lesson or therapy session, please complete and return your paperwork before your scheduled start date.

💻 EASY DIGITAL SUBMISSION: Our PARTICIPANT APPLICATION is a fillable PDF so you can easily complete it on your phone or computer and email it right back to the office. Simple and paper-free!

**The PHYSICIAN FORM is not as they will need to print and complete it manually.**

Friendly Note: If updated paperwork is not on file before your first 2026 lesson/session, it will unfortunately be counted as an absence until the forms are received. Please help us get this done!
