How can chiropractic care help you during pregnancy and what is the Webster technique?🤰
👉By improving your pelvic balance, a chiropractic adjustment can affect baby positioning and birth outcome. When the pelvis is out of alignment, the ligaments that connect the pelvis to the uterus increase their tension which causes a distortion to the baby’s environment. When the surrounding walls of the uterus are tightened it restricts movement for baby. By using the Webster Technique throughout pregnancy it reduces the interference to the nervous system. This technique helps pelvic bones, muscles, and ligaments to function better creating better movement for both mom and baby.
