When the best kind of therapy has four paws 🐶✨

🐾 Everyone’s day got a little brighter on Friday when Maggie the therapy dog stopped by Day Services with her human, Amanda Kemick! 💛

Participants and staff couldn’t get enough of her soft fur, gentle cuddles, and sweet goldendoodle face.

🌞🐾 Niagara County Day Habilitation wrapped up summer with a ROARING good time at our annual Field Day! 🎉

With the creative energy of Intandem’s Creative Arts Coordinator, Jen Mysliwy, and Kelly Miller, the theme “Beast Mode Bash” came to life with fun activities for everyone.

Nearly 100 golfers came together at Niagara Frontier Golf Club for the 2025 Joe Cecconi Sr. Golf Tournament in support of Intandem!
This year’s event featured a special highlight: Dawn MacDonald received the first-ever Intandem Purple Jacket Award in recognition of her 32 years of service with the Intandem Foundation.
A hearty congratulations also goes out to our overall champion team, from Dobmeier Janitorial, of John Smith, Tim Jones, Chris Landry and Bryan Anthon. Second place went to the Upstate Pharmacy team of Chris Nowak, Eric Dabrowolski, Jonathan Kroll and Ryan Walker.
Intandem’s own Margaret Hines won both the Women’s Longest Drive (184 yards) contest and Closest to the Pin (8 inches), while Jeff Harris from Intandem Solutions won the Men’s Closest to the Pin (4-feet-8-inches). Herb Smith of the Joe Cecconi Dealership won the men’s Longest Drive (312 yards).

Rain or shine, over 100 volunteers came together on Saturday, September 6 to build
Olean’s first inclusive playground at Marcus Park!

The $2.1 million playground, developed in partnership with Intandem and the City of Olean,
features wheelchair-accessible ramps, rubber surfacing, shade spots, and equipment
tailored for children of all abilities.

As volunteers worked assembling equipment and pouring concrete, Mary Howard,
Intandem CEO, reminded everyone:

“When you’re putting that shovel in the ground, it’s more than building a playground.
You’re building opportunities for people who wouldn’t otherwise have them.”

a reality!
