Intandem was proud to attend the Community Appreciation Breakfast hosted by the DePerro School of Health Professions at St. Bonaventure University’s Francis Hall this morning.
We are grateful to celebrate the meaningful collaboration between the University, its dedicated faculty, and its passionate students who are making a real difference in the health and wellness of our community.
Partnerships like these strengthen our region and ensure that compassionate, quality care reaches those who need it most. Thank you to everyone at St. Bonaventure for your continued commitment to service and community impact!

Intandem Celebrates Black History Month!
As Black History Month comes to a close, we wanted to highlight some of the educational and inclusive activities at the agency this February.
Our Creative Arts program helped cultivate vibrant classroom displays throughout Day Services to celebrate Black culture, achievements and history.
On Thursday this week, a group from our Lockport program visited the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center, an enlightening experience. Thanks to our friendly guide Josh, we learned the American history of the heroes who courageously aided in the path to freedom, including here in Niagara Falls, the last stop before “One More River to Cross” to Canada.
Also this week, our recreation specialist, Katie Caruso, led a Kindness Matters class inspired by the late Rev. Jesse Jackson, who famously recited the poem “I Am – Somebody" on Sesame Street. We reflected on some positive affirmations and decorated cards displaying that powerful message: “I Am Somebody.”
