We are aware that some patients have received a letter from UnitedHealthcare stating that Kaleida Health facilities will no longer be accepting UnitedHealthcare insurance plans as of 1/1/2026. We want to clarify that this information does NOT apply to all locations.

Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital WILL CONTINUE to accept UnitedHealthcare insurance plans. There are no changes to coverage at our Southern Tier facilities.

If you have received such a letter and have questions or concerns, we encourage you to contact our Patient Accounts team directly for clarification and assistance.
