Depending on who is monitoring the studio, reiki or yoga guidance is available; regardless, open studio time provides a time and place to spend a portion of your day in community, with your choice of self-led yoga, a chance to sit quietly on a meditation cushion by the front window, read from our selection of yoga and spiritual study books, enjoy a cup of tea or simply set aside a moment to journal or quietly chat with friends. (Dance/Outer Growth) Friday 2/16 from 7-9pm. Join us as we hold space for all who identify as women ages 16+. This circle meets twice a month, once for inner work and once for outer growth. The inner work circle is a time for sharing and gaining more understanding on topics brought forth organically, we will provide tea and discussion prompts, meditation, creative projects, and a rhythm to our gathering. Outer growth is the second monthly womyn's circle anchored in movement and dynamic breathing, reflection and setting intentions. Join us and see how powerful it truly is when womyn gather to heal and support one another. Cost: Suggested donation $12.

Autism Parent Support Group:
