A message from the CEO:
We were founded in 1994 as one of New York State’s first four nonprofit rural health care networks. Our mission then is the same as it is now – to improve the health and wellness of the rural communities we serve in Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties.
We love to work with our member agencies and community partners to develop innovative solutions and programs to address the health-care challenges confronting our communities. We believe that by following our core values of compassion, integrity, accountability and collaboration we will achieve our mission and help build a better community for everyone.
As President and CEO of Southern Tier Health Care System, I’d like to invite you to explore our website and review the programs we have created with the help of our members and community partners.
