Today in yoga, the idea of the higher self gently wove its way into our practice—and what unfolded after was something really special. Conversations after that felt eye-opening.

We talked about what it means to find our own sense of community… our own version of “home” and “church”. Not something that has to look traditional, structured, or defined by anyone else,
but something we create. A space where we can be loud, soft, messy, authentic. A place where we’re supported, where we can fill the gaps left by things we didn’t receive—whether from family, society, or past experiences.

& Spring reminds us that the earth is alive again. There’s movement, awakening, growth. And this season feels important—it asks us to come back to ourselves, to plant new roots, to bloom in ways that feel true.

At The Enchanted Mountain Wellspring, it’s never just about yoga, or women’s circles, or art classes. It’s about showing up for each other. It’s about creating something meaningful here, in our small Western New York town tucked into the hills and mountains.

It’s about finding people who feel like we do… or maybe don’t—and learning that both belong. That it’s okay to think differently, to be differently. That maybe we’re meant to meet, to grow, to learn. That there is space for conversation without judgment.

Space to question. Space to honor whatever “connection” means to you—God, universe, nature, yoga, art, journaling, silence. Whatever that is.

We want this to be a place where we raise our kids together, where we listen, where we sit beside each other in both joy and heaviness. A place where no one has to have it all figured out. And it’s okay we don’t.

We’re not just a studio—we’re are a community.

& We hope that you come be part of it too.

But in all reality, we are so thankful for you all who are part of this divine and wonderful thing. This home. Our own sacred, holy space.

We made it!! 🌷 SPRING has arrived. Spring up here in the Northeast is filled with our rollercoaster weather and a wardrobe to match that rollercoaster of course and yet still! We made it! May you all welcome the opportunity to set new seeds in rich soil, what do you want to water within your own self? Your own Self?

🌱 Seed gifting with Petra! This wonderful and FREE offering is back! Join Petra from Fruition Seeds at the Conference Room of the St. Elizabeth Motherhouse in Allegany, NY. Come experience the power of reciprocity and receive regionally adapted, organic, seeds to plant and share. Wednesday April 1st, 6-8pm. Plan to stay for the entire event.

🌜 Open Studio with Alaina is a NEW OFFERING on Thursday evenings! *No class 4/30. Join Alaina for this open studio slot from 6-7:30pm. Come to the Wellspring for the opportunity to enjoy some peaceful self-guided yoga or just the chance to get out of your house while we wait for Spring to warm us up! Table space and wifi are available for work/study, bring a book or quiet craft and cozy up with a hot cup of tea. All are welcome! Suggested donation of $5.

🌼 Saturday Yoga with Jessie continues on Saturday mornings until 5/9! Each Saturday morning from 9-10am, all levels welcome. This series will be an offering of self study as well as community building. Most weeks the opportunity to have tea and conversation is open after class. Come once or come each week, we will explore breathing and movement as we work through learning a bit more about the Yamas and Niyamas. This learning layers in your practice so that you may show up off the mat just as intentionally as you do on it. $15 per drop in or grab a Wellspring pass!

🪷 Spring Yoga with Kelly will continue on Tuesday nights for April! Join her from 6-7:15pm to practice together! In this spring class Kelly will be focusing on renewal, detoxification, and awakening the body after winter. This class will aim to release, rejuvenate, and build strength to mirror the season's energy of growth! $15 per drop in or grab a Wellspring pass! All levels welcome.

🎨 Energy painting with Cawnie is a 3 week series on Sundays 4/12, 4/19, 4/26 from 9:30-11/11:30am where we will be guided through creating a painting to take home! Your art piece will be built around setting an intention for the rest of 2026. There are only one or two more spaces available at this time.*

♥️ Infertility and Pregnancy/Infant Loss Support Group meets on 4/12 this month. Join them to find a caring circle of women to lean on as you navigate a difficult path. 11:30am-1pm. Donations appreciated.

🪩 Creative Movement Class with Miss Hannah is on 4/18 from 10:30-11:15am! (Ages 2–5 with Parent) 🎶 Wiggle, bounce, twirl, and play! Join us for a joyful 45 minute class designed to spark imagination and movement in young children! With parent participation, little ones will explore dance through playful stretching, upbeat music, and creative movement activities. This class is designed to build coordination, creativity, and connection in a nurturing and energetic environment. It’s a delightful dance adventure where big imaginations and tiny feet shine! $10 per child, max price per family is $20. RSVPs appreciated.

🪻 Women's Circle with Geena and Cayla! Join in with your sisters for this special gathering on Saturday 4/18 from 1-5pm. Bring a snack if you'd like to share, enjoy a paint by number craft, meditation, journaling and community! Cost: $15. RSVP and pre-payment required to secure your spot! *Limited space available!

🧶 Kid's Crochet Class with Brynn is Sunday 4/19 from 1:30-3pm. This class is for ages 9+ and in each class kids will learn to crochet a different project. Supplies included, RSVPs required. $25 per class!

🌿 Parent-toddler program with Enchanted Mountain Waldorf! This monthly offering is designed to introduce and guide those interested in a waldorf-inspired home life and childcare rhythm. We will be meeting on 4/25 from 10:30-12pm for caregivers and their little ones ages newborn-35 months. Each meeting we enjoy circle time (song, story & movement), and a gently guided activity or option to just play. We provide resources to investigate back at home and a handwork project for parents. Cost: $25. Please RSVP.

📚 Prosperity Book Club with Geena on 4/26! Email us to get info on the current book and how to join! Cost: Suggested donation $10 or zoom link for $5.
