Enchanted Mountain Wellspring

Last night was our first week of the gratitude yoga series. I will be sharing our prompts every Wednesday after class for our larger community to consider - invitation without expectation - join us in cultivating a practice of gratitude as we move towards the end of the year. 🕯️ week one: “easy gratitude” that which is in fact easy to take for granted. Can we pause and notice? Running water, a bed to lie on, shoes, sunshine, clean air, the library, toast, music, ears to hear it with, children, trees… in a stream of consciousness type fashion, start somewhere and just list the easy things that come to mind of which you’re thankful. Deep breath in, deep breath out. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Smile. Then draw a circle, write an anchor in the center and radiating out like rays of the sun list the things that warm your heart. Repeat through the week. ❤️ join us in person every Tuesday 6-7:15pm or stay tuned for your journal prompt for the week on Wednesday mornings. Tonight Jessie is back in the studio with a yoga series on gratitude! Every Tuesday from 6-7:15pm for 6 weeks come and practice a vinyasa style flow with prompts for your week on living mindfully and with gratitude. No need to attend all 6 weeks but the themes do build. All levels welcome, $15 drop in or use your Wellspring pass. Bring along a small journal if you've got one, I will have paper if not! 🫶 Infertility and Loss Support Group
Join us as we gain a sense of empowerment, control, and hope with the guidance of a trained facilitator who continues to walk this journey. Sunday 10/5 from 11:30pm-1pm. Donation based.

🪐 Astrology Club with Sarah S.
Join Sarah S. (Naturally Grounding ) on 10/5 from 4-6pm to discuss the astrology near the Full Moon. Card reading included. Cost: $15 sliding scale.

🎨 2D & 3D Kids' Art with Stacie
Join Stacie, local elementary art teacher, for many different 2D and 3D options for kiddos to get artsy in the studio. October projects feature: Cardboard Haunted Houses, Tic Tac Toe Candy Dishes, Halloween Sensory Art for the littlest ones, and Day of the Dead Nicho Boxes. Jessie is leading a 6 week series of yoga and journaling on Tuesdays at the studio from 6-7:15pm. No need to attend all six sessions but the themes do build. Just in time for Thanksgiving. $15 drop in or use your Wellspring pass! All levels welcome.

Join Hannah Forrest for a playful, creative kids movement class from 10-10:45am on Saturday 10/18. For kids ages 2-5 years. Cost: $10 per kid, $20 max per family. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. We here at the Wellspring want to acknowledge and honor the beloved angels and dreams that are held in the hearts of so many in our community.

We see you.

I'd like to give an intentional nod to Christina Scott and all the incredibly loving work she has put into building a community for those walking this path. Thank you!

This weekend, on Sunday 10/5, the Loss and Infertility Support Group will be meeting at the studio from 11:30-1pm. This is a free offering, but donations are gratefully accepted and is open to women only. Please spread the word to anyone in need.
