30 years ago today we opened our practice! It has been a pleasure and privilege serving the community these past few decades, and we look forward to continuing to care for you for years to come!

As we approach the 30 year anniversary of Dr. Jaremko opening his practice in Olean NY, we have exciting news! The office of Dr. Jaremko (with Physician Assistants Katie Burlingame and Alexandra Waclawski) is becoming part of The Chautauqua Center (TCC)! Dr. Jaremko will continue to practice as the only Board Certified Dermatologist in the area. Another exciting part of this announcement is that we will also be expanding our services to the Jamestown area soon!

Please be patient with us during this transition. During this time, our entire staff will continue the reliable care you have come to expect. We also hope this addresses recent rumors of Dr. Jaremko’s retirement. He plans to continue practicing for years to come! We expect our contact info and hours to remain roughly the same for our Olean office. We will continue to keep our patients updated with any changes.

To clear up several concerns we are seeing in comments across posts: Jamestown makes up roughly a quarter of the 15,000 patients we see in a year. With the addition of a clinic out there, the Olean office will be easier to get in to. We are more than aware people have a long wait, but we simply cannot see more patients than we already are. Part of this new transition is we will soon have access to more providers and staff which will also help. We unfortunately cannot do much more being that we are the only Board Certified office for several counties.
