For International Labyrinth Day on Saturday, Kim LaMendola led a labyrinth walk after the Mindful Morning program. Our 75-foot labyrinth is open to public - check it out!

Welcome May and June with open arms, open hearts, and thoughts of gratitude!!! Check out my new class on Monday evenings = Hatha Yoga with a Chair and a new 7:30 am start time for Wednesday mornings. Join me in studio at Olean Meditation Center or on Zoom for any of my yoga classes designed to support you in your movement and mindful experiences. The Olean Meditation Center hosted Dr. Michael Hoffman, lead author of “Our Changing Menu: Climate Change and the Foods We Love and Need,” for a presentation Saturday as part of an Earth Day celebration. Local organizations came together for the event recognizing World Earth Day, which was April 22, and set up tables where community members could learn more about the organizations and volunteer opportunities.
