We're in the final "stretch" to Halloween!🎃 Which is a good reminder that in addition to massage, regular stretching helps lengthen and relax muscles, improves circulation and blood flow to muscles, increases flexibility and range of motion, reduces muscle soreness and stiffness, and decreases stress.
