Hi everyone! The Hernando Farmers Market starts tomorrow and I will not have a booth; however, my product will be available at Wild Cultures Sourdough Bakery. Today, I restocked Lion's Mane and Ashwagandha tinctures, and of course, some delicious herbal tea mixes.

We are excited to be a part of Children's Day at the Hernando Farmers Market this Saturday, May 27th! Make sure to collect a Power of Produce (POP) Buck ($5 token) to use to purchase healthy options that we offer.

We've been hard at work creating new products and teas for the kiddos to enjoy!

Chestnut mushrooms have a milder, nutty, and buttery flavor. They are often compared to Shiitake mushrooms, but most people enjoy their crunchy texture, earthy color, and long edible stems! I've used them lately by sautéing them and adding on top of steaks or other savory meats.
