Hi everyone! My name is Blake Falconello, and I am a new physical therapist joining the team here at EXOS. I am originally from Hammond, Louisiana but moved to Southaven about 2 years ago. I found my love for physical therapy after getting injured while playing baseball and participating in PT myself! I graduated with my bachelor’s in kinesiology from Mississippi College and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Harding University. I was previously a student under Ryan at EXOS and had such a great experience that I wanted to come back and join the team and make it my home. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually playing tennis, doing yard work, or spending time with my wife and our two dogs. I look forward to meeting all of you!
