Happy 2026 everyone. We are a week into the New Year and I am off to a good start. For the first time in a long time I am starting the year off in less pain/body aches than the year before. Yeah! In two weeks I'll be 64 years young. My goal for this year is to continue to be medicine free, to become completely pain free and to increase my flexibility. Oh, and let's not forget about abundance in all areas of my life.😇

My wish for everyone is that you make yourself small obtainable goals. You know that nothing happens until you start to move so do it for yourself because you deserve it.

May this year bring you as much joy, love, and abundance as your heart can hold. Remember not to ask anyone to do be or have that which you yourself aren't willing to do be or have.
