Trauma, Treatment, Triumph

Trusting Hearts LLC was created from Tammy Tellez’s heart and life scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6. “Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge him in all your ways and he will direct your path”. Tammy, MA, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor that began her service to hurting people in prevention, education and healing, long before she answered the call as a trauma therapist. Spending years in different settings, she’s helped transform the lives of hundreds of women, men, teens and their families that have been traumatized by sexual violence. She is committed to assisting each client in moving from victim to victory, surviving to thriving, living their purposed lives. She is committed to garner support by shining a bright light on the impact of sexual violence and violence against women, through community awareness and education. She also is committed to the enhancement and advanced of the counseling profession through clinical supervision of future therapists rising after her. She believes her call is to provide every client with the tools needed for their healing journey. Each leg of your journey with Tammy and Trusting Hearts, LLC will be bridged with a foundation of trust and knowledge that you’re not walking it alone.
