What is Before After Counseling?

Before After Counseling is a counseling practice founded by Kristy Snelson. The theme/goal of Before After Counseling is to enhance life and coping strategies through the process of walking backwards to move forward. How does childhood trauma effect our current decisions we make as adults? How can I start walking again after feeling stuck for so long? How do I break these cycles? All of these questions and so much more will be addressed in the sessions. Kristy does individual, family, and group counseling. We address the trauma BEFORE the AFTER ever existed.
