Check out a highlight from one of the most fun gatherings in St. Louis: the National Service Dog Conference. 🐶 ⭐️

Stacie Zellin and Ashley Johnson attended the conference last week with their group of Mental Health First Aid participants, where they joined a community-specific training on Adult Mental Health First Aid for Military, Veterans, and their Families.

It was a great day of learning alongside some furry friends! ❤️

Efforts to continue the trend of reduced overdose deaths in St. Louis County are underway, with 44 new naloxone vending machines now open across the area.

Our Executive Director Jenny Armbruster weighed on the importance of easy access to the overdose reversal medication for St. Louis Public Radio.

🔗

There will eventually be 44 free naloxone vending machines in high-need areas across the county. The initial machines will be placed at six locations.

We can't celebrate 60 years without acknowledging the people that have helped us get here! One of those people is Jane Young. Jane has been with the agency for nearly 28 years. As our accounting coordinator, she does just about everything, but as a human being and a co-worker, she's even more essential to the work we do every day. Whether it's greeting people with a smile on her face or having the answers to questions nobody else can help with, Jane is part of the glue that holds PreventEd together! 🤝
