Happy Thanksgiving from the Blair Family. I'm so proud of my Daughters who on their own stepped up and prepared a wonderful meal that Dawn would have been proud to serve. When we built by the berry processing building a few years ago we never gave it a official name. We knew Mom,Dad,Dawn and I that it would be the center of family togetherness . In Agreement w the parents Elaine Blair I would like to take this time and put a name to our facility. Dawnies kitchen and family center. Have a safe and happy holiday season from all of us here at the Berry Farm.

Sorry for the absence in posts. We would like to thank everyone for the kind words and delivered meals, flowers etc. We are humbled by the outpouring of love and affection and community support for my Sister. On September 10 we lost our Beloved Dawn Blair Dawnie,sisser,oh my Dawnie. We knew what a special person she was but thanks to all of you we were reminded just how special she was to the rest of the world also. We would also like to thank these people who without their help we would have lost our entire crop of Aronia berries for this year. Dave and Cari Shemanski ,Nathan and Sharon Aaron Fritchen ,Levi Lyles and his crew, Mr Klien, Jon and Jona Webb, and people associated w these people I don't know. Who without being asked checked temperatures on picked berries who came and picked up over 3k pounds of berries destemmed cleaned and bagged and flash froze them. I'm not sure how we can ever repay this other than pay it fwd. We have product ready for delivery so just give us a call for what days we deliver to your area. Looking for that special adult beverage? Stop by and visit our friends at the Cider house 102 N 2nd st in Fairfield Iowa and ask for a Stranger. It is made from only the grade A Aronia berries we raise here on our Farm. My sister really liked Kole and Hoppe I hope I spelled their names correctly. So stop in and have one if their burgers I hear they are the best in Iowa. Thanks again to be everyone who has been here thru this difficult time with us. She will be missed by many because she was one of a kind and I am proud to call her my Sister.
