**Position: Dental Billing Specialist**
**Location: Olmito, Tx**
**Job Type: Full-time/Part-time**
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of dental billing, including insurance claims processing, reimbursement, and follow-up.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accurate billing and timely payment.
- Collaborate with dental team members to resolve billing discrepancies and address patient inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and insurance communications.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, coding changes, and best practices in dental billing.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years experience in dental billing.
- Proficiency in dental coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and dental insurance protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing documentation and data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and insurance providers.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (open dental) is a plus.
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification preferred but not required.
