Affinity Family Health & Wellness is searching for someone to fill the role of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse and Medical Assistant.
Affinity Family Health & Wellness is a Nurse Practitioner owned and operated multi-specialty, multi-location family practice clinic. In our Olney, IL location we provide a range of services family practice, pediatrics, mental health, and our specialty services. In our Dieterich, IL location we provide, preventative health, our specialty services that include; weight loss management, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapies.
This will be a full-time (40 hour/week) position: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with an hour lunch, the applicant must be willing to work at either of our locations in Dieterich and Olney. This role will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Patient care and medication administration skills
- Ability to monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Coordination with healthcare professionals, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare industry regulations and standards of compliance
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Medical Assistant experience or certification
- CPR/BLS certification
