To continue our monthly saga of Healthy Cooking Class with Tammy and Audrey, we indulged in ZUCCHINI BROWNIES!!
Okay okay, maybe not the healthiest, but they have vegetables…the ladies even suggested we could put nuts, raisins, or cranberries in them! That makes them a little more healthy right? To keep them healthy, we did not add the chocolate chips the recipe calls for. ☹️
