Cancelation policy

I understand that unexpected events in life occur. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you.
Missed appointments are costly in both time and lost revenue and prevents me from providing services to
other clients. In order to be effective and fair to all clients the following policy will be honored:
Appointment reminders: Reminders will be sent at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment unless the
appointment is booked that week. You will not receive a reminder if your appointment is booked within 3 days,
and you will not receive a reminder on the day of your appointment.
Cancelations: In order to rebook, you will be required to pay the following at time of rescheduling:
Cancelations within:
48 hours: 50% of service
24 hours: 75% of service

For all new clients whom I do not know or have not been referred to me by someone I do know, effective immediately I will be requiring a deposit of half the session fee when booking your first appointment.
