We've received a lot of inquiries lately about where we are located. Just look for the door that says YOGA STUDIO on E York St, two doors down from Infiniti and across from the Eagles Lodge.

This special blindfolded yoga class is designed to:
🌿 Improve your mind–body connection
🌿 Challenge your spatial coordination
🌿 Draw your awareness inward

When sight is softened, every breath, movement, and sensation becomes more vivid. Discover a deeper presence and a new way of moving through your yoga practice.

🥽Blindfolds are provided at no charge, and you get to keep them!
