A couple quick updates as we roll into back-to-school season:

❌ No Sunrise Yoga on Sat, Aug 9 — G&G is hosting a fun Back to School Bash in the store that day! 🎉📚

📍As of August, Sara’s Mindful Movement class is moving to Wednesdays, 5:30pm, at First Presbyterian Church — same great class, new location! 🙌

🌞 Calling all early birds! Did you know we have 3️⃣ weekly morning yoga classes?

Hannah Orenich has been teaching Vinyasa yoga for three years and welcomes ALL to her classes. (Flexibility is NOT required. We promise!)

✨Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to build strength, flexibility, and focus—while gently waking up the body and mind.

🧘‍♀️Hannah uses props in class to make yoga more accessible and supportive—so whether you're brand new or experienced, there's always a way to make the practice work for you.
