Nothing like an afternoon out at the bowling lanes! 🎳

Our residents had such a great time at Bowlero in Gaithersburg today—lots of smiles, a few strikes (and plenty of laughs along the way), and just enjoying a fun change of scenery together. From the glow of the lanes to the arcade games, it was an afternoon full of energy and joy.

Outings like these are a great way to stay active, social, and keep creating meaningful moments. 💙

Live music days are always a favorite around here 🎶

Eli Lev brought such a fun, easygoing energy to Olney Memory Care today—playing familiar songs, sharing laughs, and creating moments that had everyone smiling, clapping, and fully in it.

You could feel the difference music makes… it brings people out, sparks memories, and turns an ordinary afternoon into something special.

Today we celebrated Fresh Tomato Day in the best way… getting our hands a little dirty! 🍅🌱

Our residents rolled up their sleeves and dove right into planting, scooping soil, and preparing for what will soon grow into something beautiful. Activities like this aren’t just fun—they spark memories, encourage movement, and bring a sense of purpose and accomplishment.

There’s something special about working with your hands, feeling the soil, and being part of creating something from the ground up. We loved seeing the smiles, focus, and teamwork all around the table today.

Easter weekend at Olney Memory Care was filled with joy, reflection, and meaningful moments together ✝️🌸

On Sunday, we were grateful to host a special Mission Bible Service, bringing residents and their families together to celebrate the heart of Easter. Seeing loved ones gathered, sharing faith, conversation, and time together made the day even more special.

🐣💛 An Egg-stra Special Easter at Olney Memory Care! 💛🐣

The Easter Bunny may have had some competition this year… because our Director of Life Enrichment showed up as a full-blown Easter egg and completely stole the show! 🥚😂

From rolling eggs down the table (with some serious competitive spirit 👀) to sweet treats, colorful decorations, and lots of laughter—today was filled with moments that matter.

What made it even more special? Seeing the smiles, the focus, the friendly competition, and the joy shared between residents, families, and our team. These are the moments that bring our community to life.

Holidays here aren’t just celebrations—they’re opportunities to connect, engage, and create meaningful experiences for every resident. And yes… sometimes that means dressing up like a giant egg to make it happen. ❤️
