These classes is a form of Yoga that involves :
1.Energized Breathwork with Body Activation Exercises to Music(activates your right and left hemispheres of the brain, boosting cognitive function, energy, creativity, focus, relaxation, mental clarity, and creates neurogenesis.
2.Energetic Shaking (movements to help release any trauma, built up tension, stress and stuck energy from the body)
3.. Aum Chanting Vibrations(this produces vibrating and healing inner body massage that activates the 3 most important parts of the endocrine glands in your body that produce and regulate your hormones and triggers feel good hormones, positive chemical changes in your body releasing oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins and raises your energetic vibrational frequency.

4. RYTHMICAL BREATHING to Specific frequency of music, breath retention and guided visual meditation (this helps with teaching you how to breathe correctly, in flow, produces heart Coherence, balances amd regulates your body, releases feel good hormones, helps with oxygenating your body, tissues and cells, great for healing, promoting blissful states, relaxing your mind and body and quieting the overthinking verbal part of the mind.
