I’ve learned not to rush this - the time just before the Spring Equinox, when the light begins to return but my body hasn't fully caught up yet.

Now, I try to honor it by paying some attention to my nervous system, listening inward, and looking for balance within me before asking myself to grow.

We (me and Jacki) created Balance & Renewal as a Big Goddess Energy Experience offering, to create a space where you can do the same. We’ll work with breath, regulation, energetic balancing, and tea as an opening for emotional steadiness and inner awareness.

A reminder that rest is sacred and the returning light doesn’t need to be rushed.

Food is such a meaningful part of our sensory experience. I love noticing how so many of our holiday foods are also quietly supportive and nourishing. As you cook, share, or receive these foods, take a moment to appreciate what they offer and let your body enjoy them. Even a simple cup of tea can feel like a small celebration - warming, grounding, and very much in the spirit of the season. 🍵✨
