Here’s a low-sugar apple crisp recipe that’s cozy, nourishing, and perfect for fall—without the sugar crash! 👇

🍎 Ingredients:

4 medium apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp lemon juice

1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of apples)

🍎 Topping:

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almond flour

¼ cup chopped nuts (optional for crunch)

2 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted

1 tsp cinnamon

1–2 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener, to taste

🍎Directions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- In a bowl, toss apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and maple syrup if using. Spread into a baking dish.

In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, nuts, cinnamon, coconut oil, and sweetener until crumbly.

- Sprinkle topping evenly over the apples.

- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden and the apples are tender.

- Serve warm — delicious on its own or with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt.
