Set yourself up for success with your goals - don't set a goal when you can't control the outcome. You could do all the things πŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŽπŸ₯¦ πŸ’§and your body might say, "Not right now" or "Okay, but on my time."
Emotional momentum is EVERYTHING with goals - set goals that, barring life's crazy unexpected turns, you can crush or not based on your own actions, not based on crossing your fingers and hoping your body responds in the way you hope for and at the pace you set. I promise you'll have more wins and gain belief in yourself as you continually meet the goals you set.
