There are two things in my heart to share this week.

One is something I’m creating.
The other is something we’re continuing to offer.

✨ I’m currently writing a book about midlife as a season of becoming—one of clarity, change, and self-authorship.

As part of this, I’m gathering reflections from women about their lived experience.

If you feel called, I would truly love to include your voice.
(You’ll find a few simple prompts in this week’s newsletter. You can DM me for more details if you want to share.)

✨ And we are also opening applications for the Katie Hendrickson Scholarship—a full year of membership offered in honor of a beloved member of our community.

This scholarship is for someone who would deeply benefit from support, but may not otherwise have access.

If that’s you—or someone you know—you’re warmly invited to apply.

This work—both the book and the scholarship—feels rooted in the same intention:

🌸 To support women in living with more clarity, care, and connection in this season of life.

Over the past few weeks, I have been exploring and sharing a simple but powerful progression:

✨ Creating space
✨ Resetting routines
✨ Meeting our growing edges

These are all themes that spring invites us to consider.

If you’ve missed any of the recent podcast episodes or blog posts on these topics, this is a great time to revisit them.

Not so much to catch up on content, but to connect with what resonates.

Often, the insight you need lands differently when you return to it.

You might ask yourself:

• What’s staying with me right now?
• What am I ready to carry forward into May?

As we come to the end of April, I’ve been reflecting on what shifted over the past few weeks.

Not in a dramatic way, but in the quieter, more meaningful ways that change tends to happen.

Spring has a way of shifting us and initiating change.

Maybe something feels a little easier.
Maybe there’s more space in your day.
Maybe you’re moving with a bit more clarity, steadiness, or energy.

This week, instead of adding more, I invite you to notice:

• What’s taken root this month?
• What feels more natural now?
• What feels steady?
• What feels buoyant or light?

Inside this week’s newsletter, I’m sharing a simple reflection for this season along with a meaningful opportunity to be part of a project I’m working on (my book on midlife as a season of becoming 🌸).

If you’re not already receiving my weekly newsletter, you’re warmly invited to join us.

There’s a part of change that doesn’t get talked about very often.

Not starting something new…
but staying with it.

That moment when:
• motivation drops
• old habits return
• you start to question yourself

This is what I think of as a growing edge.

And it’s where so many people get stuck—not because they can’t change, but because they don’t have the support or structure to stay with the process.

Inside the Vibrant Soulful Membership this month, we’re exploring this together.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

But in a steady, supported way.

Through:
• simple, realistic routines
• yoga + movement practices
• coaching and reflection
• seasonal guidance (Spring Reset)

This work isn’t about doing more.

It’s about learning how to stay with yourself through change.

If you’ve been feeling that edge lately, this might be a supportive place to land.

This year, I’m honored to continue offering membership scholarships in memory of someone very special in our community.

Katie Hendrickson practiced with us for many years. She brought warmth, steadiness, and a genuine love for yoga—and for life.

Even while facing breast cancer, she continued to show up with resilience, openness, and grace.

This scholarship was created to honor her wish to make yoga and wellbeing more accessible to others.

It’s one way her presence continues within this community.

You’re also welcome to pass this along to someone who might benefit.

💛

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what happens after we decide to make a change.

We create space.
We reset a few routines.

And then… we hit the edge.

That place where it feels uncomfortable.
Where doubt creeps in.
Where old habits pull us back.

In this week’s podcast and blog, I talk about:

→ what a “growing edge” really is
→ why change feels hard (even when we want it)
→ how to stay with the process instead of giving up

I share a bit about my own growing edge right now—writing my book—and what it looks like to keep showing up, even imperfectly.

If you’re in the middle of trying to change something, I think this will resonate.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been exploring something that often comes in stages.

First, creating a little more space.

Then, gently resetting our routines and rhythms.

And now… something else begins to emerge.

Growth.

Not the kind that happens all at once.
Not a dramatic overhaul.

But the kind of growth that shows up when we begin to do something differently, and realize it’s not always easy.

I’ve been feeling this myself lately.

Starting to write my book has brought me right up against a growing edge: excitement on one side, and self-doubt on the other.

And I see this with my clients all the time as well.

Someone begins to shift a habit, change a routine, or try something new… and then very quickly, they come up against resistance.

“This isn’t working.”
“I’m not good at this.”
“I’ve tried this before.”

But what if that moment isn’t failure?

What if that’s actually where growth is happening?

This week’s newsletter explores:
• growth mindset in real life
• working with resistance
• staying with change (even when it’s uncomfortable)

If you’ve been trying to shift something in your life, this one is for you.

This is the kind of work we’re doing inside the membership right now.

Not a big overhaul.
Not a strict program.

Just a gentle reset.

Looking at things like:
• How you start your day
• Whether you’re actually taking a real break at lunch
• How you’re winding down at night
• What your body needs more (or less) of this season

Because most of the time, it’s not that we need to do more.

We just need our days to feel a little more supportive.

That’s what we’re focusing on this month with Spring Reset inside the Vibrant Soulful Membership.

Small shifts.
Real life.
Something you can actually sustain.

If you’ve been feeling a bit out of rhythm, this is exactly the kind of reset we’re working with right now.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.

One of the things I’m reminded of often—both in my own life and in my work—is that meaningful change is not meant to happen in isolation.

Especially in seasons of transition, growth, or even uncertainty, having support can make all the difference.

Spring is often a time when we begin to feel energy returning. Ideas start to take shape. There may be something you’ve been wanting to shift, begin, or re-engage with.

And at the same time, parts of you may feel hesitant or unsure.

This is where support matters.

Whether through coaching or within the membership community, my intention is to create spaces where you can:

• reflect and reconnect with what matters most
• move forward at a sustainable pace
• feel supported, not pressured

If this is a season where you’d like that kind of support, I would be honored to work with you.

You don’t need a full reset.
You may just need a few supportive rhythms.

This week’s podcast and blog explore something simple—but powerful:

Routines and rituals for spring.

The small things you do each day:
• how you start your morning
• how you move through your day
• how you wind down at night

These shape how you feel more than anything else.

And spring is a natural time to gently reset them.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.
Just one small shift at a time.

Resetting routines. Finding your rhythm again.

This week’s newsletter just went out, and it builds on something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

Once we create a little more space…
the next question naturally becomes:

What wants to shift?

Spring is such a natural time for that.

Not in an all-or-nothing way.
But in small, steady ways that help you feel more like yourself again.

This week I’m sharing reflections on resetting your routines and rituals—morning, midday, and evening—and how even simple shifts can change how your whole day feels.

If you’ve been feeling a little off rhythm, this may be a place to begin.
