Next fall, I’ll once again be guiding a small group of women to Sacred Waters Retreat Center for a weekend of rest, reflection, and renewal.

Restore & Reconnect is an invitation to slow down and tend to your whole self—through gentle yoga, mindfulness, time in nature, and meaningful connection in a serene forest setting.

Save the Date: Vibrant Peru Journey – August 2026

For over 13 years, my husband Steve and I have been returning to the Sacred Valley of Peru—walking its trails, learning from its people, and deepening our relationship with a place that has truly become a second home.

In August 2026, we’ll once again invite a small group to join us for an immersive journey that blends hiking in the Andes, cultural connection, vibrant markets, nourishing Andean cuisine, and optional daily yoga and well-being practices.

This is not fast-paced travel or checklist tourism. It’s an opportunity to explore Peru slowly, thoughtfully, and in community—with space for movement, reflection, and awe.

Details will be shared later this year.
