I have learned so many approaches in my 20+ years of bodywork. Many of the techniques are wonderful, but much of the narrative hasn't held up. That's why I describe my work as nervous system based, because that's what the science supports. My hands, my presence, communicating with your skin and nervous system. It can feel magical and be evidence based at the same time.
