This is not a “creativity” workshop per se. Though it may very well catalyze your creativity in unimagined ways.
This is not a “writing” workshop per se. Though you will use writing as the vehicle for accessing your internal wisdom, your inner guru, your dependable guide.
This is not a “brain training” per se. Though you will learn to access all four brain waves patterns (beta, alpha, theta, delta) at will while awake.
This is not a “goals” per se. Though you will be identifying ways your life can better serve you and ways you can better serve life.
