Cascade Foot and Ankle Clinic We consider it a privilege to care for our patients and provide our services with respect and with the highest quality of care. Your feet must last a lifetime.

Cascade Foot and Ankle Clinic has been serving the South Puget Sound area since 1990, providing podiatric medicine and surgery for both the foot and ankle for more than 20 years. It is our goal to quickly restore the patient back to an active and healthy lifestyle. We believe that the foot should never be painful, and pain acts as a reminder that injury is taking place. Caring for your feet when p

ain arises allows you to remain healthy and pain-free. Most Americans walk at least 75,000 miles by the time they reach the age of 50. Regular foot care can keep your feet from unnecessary injury and pain. With proper detection, intervention, and care, most foot and ankle problems can be lessened or prevented. We look forward to meeting your treatment needs in the future.

Remember to be conscious of your dogs feet on the hot concrete this time of year!

"Hey, human moms and dads—here’s what happens to my paws when you take me out in the blazing sun ☀️ and the pavement is scorching! I sweat through my paws, and when it's this hot, I can't cool off because my paws are burning. Skipping a walk won’t hurt me—let me chill inside and take me out once the sun goes down." 🐾
If you spot someone walking their dog on hot pavement, kindly suggest they try it barefoot for the rest of the way. They might just understand how much it hurts.
