Such an amazing group!

It’s official!
The first state-approved Blissful Birth Initiations Doula Training is in the books!
Over the last two weekends, Stefanie Anderson and I had the honor of training 17 incredible new doulas, each one passionate, wise, and so ready to support their communities.
Not only did they learn from us… we learned so much from them. My heart is deeply moved and forever changed by this experience.
Here is one tired doula (me!) 🙄🙃
But give me a few days, and I’ll be up and running getting ready for our November cohort 🤣
I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Breast milk is the ideal first food for a baby👶. It's safe, clean and contains antibodies which protect against dangerous illnesses.

✅ Start within 1 hour after birth 🤱
✅ Breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 months 🤱
✅ Continue alongside healthy family foods until the baby is at least 2 years old 🤱

Finished with day 2 of the BBI doula training! Exhilarated 🤩 and exhausted 🥱 !

What an incredible group of students in this cohort. 💫 They brought so much insight and experience and were having FUN!

So impressed with Diksha’s knowledge and massvely grateful for Kim and Nicole and their incredible help. Can’t imagine doing this without them.

Tomorrow’s the BIG day – I’m co-teaching the BBI Doula Training workshop! 👐💖

I feel so honored to be part of this transformative experience, guiding and learning alongside incredible souls. 💫 From birth advocacy to nurturing emotional and physical support, I can’t wait to share this beautiful knowledge with the amazing doulas-in-training. 🌻
